Job Summary:
The LPG Supervisor role entails ensuring the optimal, safe, and profitable operation of the Gas Plants under Rainoil’s purview. This includes effectively managing human and material resources to achieve operational excellence. The selected candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring that the plant’s staff adheres to all operational procedures and policies.
Duties & Responsibilities:
The responsibilities of the LPG Supervisor encompass various critical areas:
1. Safety Compliance: The candidate will oversee strict adherence to safety guidelines for the plant’s operations, ensuring that safety remains a top priority.
2. Sales Coordination: The role involves coordinating sales activities at the gas plants, contributing to revenue growth, and enhancing customer experiences.
3. Marketing Initiatives: The supervisor will develop and implement marketing strategies aimed at boosting sales volumes and enhancing customer satisfaction.
4. Operations Reporting: Daily operations and sales activities, including meter readings, sales quantities, and lodgements, will be recorded and reported in compliance with defined procedures.
5. **Product Receipt and Stock Management:** The candidate will supervise the proper receipt of products, maintain compliance with stock requirements, and monitor daily stock levels.
Person Specifications:
Required:
A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree / HND in Engineering or a related discipline.
At least five (5) years of relevant experience in Gas Operations, with at least two (2) years of functional leadership in a similar capacity.
Desired:
Master’s Degree for advanced qualifications.
