The video of Zenith Bank staffs allegedly escaping from the bank has been trending on Twitter. Many people are questioning why employees would choose to escape instead of helping customers with their banking needs during this difficult period. Some have even speculated that it could be due to fear or anxiety about possible repercussions for not being able to provide adequate service for their customers.

It is unclear as of yet what really happened and whether any action will be taken against those responsible, but it does raise serious questions about how banks should manage customer expectations during times when there is a shortage of currency notes available in circulation. It also raises concerns over employee welfare and safety, especially if they feel threatened by customer dissatisfaction or potential backlash from management regarding performance issues related to naira scarcity.
