Dangote Sugar announced its final dividend payment of N1.50kobo for every share ordinary share for the financial year of December 2022

According to their report, dividends will be paid electronically within 24 hours after a meeting with shareholders whose names appear in the Register of Members as at March 2023 and have completed e-dividend registration and mandated their Registrar to pay directly into their bank accounts. The company also advised those who are yet to complete e-dividend registration should download the Registrar’s E-Dividend Mandate Activation Form which is available on www.veritasregistrarscom

Dangote Sugar Plc has 12,146,878,241 outstanding shares and a market capitalization of N191 billion at the time of filing this report. The company’s shares opened trading on the 3rd of March, 2022 at N15.60 per share and closed at N15.70 per share.
