TotalEnergies Marketing Nigeria Plc, a leading energy company, has announced the appointment of Mr. Mark Mannok as its new Company Secretary effective April 1, 2023.

In a statement released to the Nigerian Exchange Limited and the investing public, the Board of Directors of TotalEnergies Marketing Nigeria Plc approved the appointment of Mr. Mannok as the Company Secretary.

Mr. Mannok is a law graduate and an associate of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators. His career spans across legal practice, banking, credit, and risk management. He has a wealth of experience in corporate governance, compliance, and regulatory affairs.

The appointment of Mr. Mannok as Company Secretary is expected to strengthen TotalEnergies Marketing Nigeria Plc’s corporate governance structure and enhance its compliance with regulatory requirements.
