Nestle Nigeria PLC proposes a final dividend of N36.50 kobo per share.

Nestle Nigeria PLC has announced a final dividend of N36.50 kobo per share following the release of its 2022 financial audit report.

This information was disclosed in a corporate disclosure reported by Nigeria Stock exchange.

In the report on corporate disclosure, the company announced a final dividend of N36.50 per 50 kobo of ordinary shares, subject to appropriate withholding tax, that would be paid to shareholders whose names are listed on the register as of April 21, 2023.

It also stated that on May 18, 2023, dividends will be paid electronically to shareholders whose names are listed on the Register of Members as of April 21, 2023, and who have completed the e-dividend registration and mandated the Registrars to pay their dividends directly into their bank accounts. It also acknowledged unclaimed dividends and advised those who were affected to complete their e-dividend registration or contact the registrars.

The report also added that shareholders who are yet to complete the e-dividend registration are advised to download the registrar’s E-dividend Mandate Activation Form, which is also available on their website, www.gltregistrars.com, complete it, and submit it to the registrar or their respective bank.
