As part of the Chenosis Graduate Trainee Program, you’ll be at the forefront of driving operational and commercial excellence in a rapidly evolving ICT environment. Your role will be crucial in supporting the alignment of program objectives with MTN’s overall strategy, overcoming new challenges, and seizing opportunities across our diverse markets.

Responsibilities:

You will be accountable for various tasks that contribute to the growth and success of MTN:

– Conduct research on technology trends and provide insights.
– Collaborate with stakeholders through ad hoc meetings.
– Prepare and format reports and presentations.
– Drive improvement across the business for optimal service quality.
– Assist in content creation and editing for presentations.
– Help compile data for performance reporting dashboards.
– Contribute to knowledge base content and customer support.
– Assist in defining and delivering the global product portfolio.
– Collaborate on defining go-to-market activities and revenue streams.
– Engage in product lifecycle management and documentation.
– Prioritize development activities based on market insights.
– Foster cross-functional collaboration and teamwork.
– Stay adaptable and eager to learn and grow.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 4-year academic degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Programming, Electronic and Electrical Engineering.
Post-graduate qualifications are advantageous.
Graduate work experience or internships are a plus.
