Job Summary:

As an Analyst, Customer Experience, the successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring adherence to Group Retail Banking Complaints Handling Procedures and optimizing the resolution of customer complaints. Key responsibilities include timely processing of complaints, data entry, customer engagement for satisfactory resolution, and participation in service improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities:

1. Ensure adherence to Group Retail Banking Complaints Handling Procedures and Country Complaints DOI.
2. Timely processing of complaints, including client engagement for satisfactory resolution.
3. Accurate data entry and logging of complaints in the Client Experience Management Systems (CEMS).
4. Collaborate with the Complaints Resolution Unit (CRU) and Retail Banking teams to achieve desired results.
5. Participate in service improvement initiatives and review meetings.
6. Maintain compliance with AML/CDD standards to combat money laundering activities.

Qualifications:

– Minimum of a First Degree from a University or HND from a Polytechnic in any discipline.
– NYSC Completion certificate or exemption certificate.
– Candidates with a 3rd class or a pass in HND must have a PGD qualification or relevant professional certification (e.g., MBA, MA).
