Vitafoam Plc appoints a new chairman of the board of directors.

Vitafoam Nigeria Plc has announced the retirement of its non-executive director and chairman and the appointment of a new chairman.

The company made the announcement in a corporate disclosure on Monday on the NGX website.

The report disclosed that Dr. Bamidele Osuolale Makanjuola has retired from the board as a non-executive director and chairman of the board of directors of the company and has completed his tenure.

In its statement, “The Board noted with delight the invaluable contributions of Dr. Makanjuola to the company, particularly the transformation and stability witnessed during his tenure as chairman of the board of directors, and wished him well in his endeavours”

Also in the report, the board has also announced the appointment of Prof. Rosemary Egonmwan as an independent non-executive director and the new chairman of the board of directors, which took effect on March 3, 2023.

Vitafoam Nigeria Plc is a foam manufacturing company based in Lagos, Nigeria. It is one of Nigeria’s largest foam manufacturers, producing both flexible and rigid polyurethane products.
